Eddy Westin and Company, Cloud Services

In an effort to increase data security and reliability we have deployed our own proprietary cloud service solution, and starting in November 2022 we will begin migrating most of our digital services such as document editing and storage, asset delivery, video calling, etc., to this solution. Clients may begin to receive assets via this service without notice. If you have any questions or for verification please reach out to your account coordinator.

Donorbox & Stripe

To facilitate some website operations on websites we build, manage, and maintain, we employ the use of Donorbox and Stripe, which may at times collect your data to facilitate campaign donations you wish to initiate and execute.

Donorbox facilitates data collection necessary to remain in compliance with local, state, and federal election and campaign finance laws. This data is only collected if you choose to make a campaign donation through our website, or through the Donorbox website. This data may include but is not limited to your name, address, and credit card information. This information is not collected automatically and must be entered by you. Stripe provides us with payment processing software and is integrated with Donorbox. To facilitate invoicing, internal operations, payments, and more, Eddy Westin and Company utilizes cloud-based products by Wave Financial USA Inc. (Wave). Wave is a subsidiary of H&R Block. Information entered into these products is bound by their terms and conditions and is confidential. This information includes but is not limited to your business name, a business contact name and contact information, your business billing address, a physical shipping and mailing address, credit card information as it pertains to your invoices, and check numbers for receipt processing.
