Value-Based Packages

Eddy Westin and Company offers value-based photography packages for high school and college sports teams and schools. These offerings are only for clients based in Northern Nevada and Northern California, with specialty pricing available to clients in Washoe County, Nevada.

Our Terms Are Simple

We don’t like complicated terms and conditions. Our pricing includes but is not limited to:

• On-site photography services and non-specialty expendables;

• Mileage for locations outside of Washoe County, Nevada;

• Two week turnaround (rush service available);

• Digital rights for social media, television, and streaming;

• Printing rights (buy prints through our preferred printer, or from someone else).

General Pricing

For pricing including specialty expendables, extraordinary requests, and photography services inside Washoe County, Nevada please contact us. This pricing is provided to give you an estimate on what it may cost to photograph your team, but special requests may increase the prices below. Photographing multiple sports on the same day can potentially reduce the price. Contact us for an estimate.

• Up to 10 Athletes- $900

• Up to 15 Athletes - $1,000

• Up to 25 Athletes - $1,1,00

• Up to 35 Athletes - $1,400

• Up to 50 Athletes - $1,600

• Up to 100 Athletes - $2,500

Without special requests, teams will receive one headshot per athlete, one informal portrait per athlete, one team photo; and as time allows, athletes in various group shots and/or other individual poses as requested.
